Claims

It is imperative that all claims are reported immediately, and our team are ready to deal with you or your customers claim.

If you are a policyholder and would like to report a new claim, then this can be done by;

Claims is one of the most important factors in delivering first-class service to ALL our partners and their clients, whatever the vehicle. Our in-house claims team continue the smooth journey that our partners have experienced through the underwriting service and this is no different when it comes to a client having to make a claim.

Our experienced team, well versed in handling specialist motor claims and helping clients through their claim process make sure everything runs smoothly. They are on hand to manage things from start to finish. They have the expertise to handle not only the most complex, high value cases but also the claims involving vehicles that are a customer’s pride and joy where a more traditional method will be employed. Our claims service is tailored to each of our products and the specialist needs of our clients.

When a new claim is reported, our first notification of loss team will gather the information needed to validate the claim. We evaluate the level of liability and consider the damage to the vehicle. We also review and understand the type and level of claim likely to be made against your client. This gathering of information is extremely important to ensure delays are not incurred.

Our claims team will establish a close working relationship with your client to provide the best possible customer service in a proactive and agile manner. Most importantly we keep our broker partners informed of progress throughout the claim.

We use our engineering partners, who have an extensive network of commercial and private car repairers, to assist in reducing the vehicle off-road time, to minimise cost and limit the customers inconvenience wherever possible. This means we provide a fast and technically excellent service.
