Claims for policies starting before 1st October 2024

When a new claim is reported, our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team gathers all necessary information to validate the claim, assess liability, and evaluate vehicle damage.
We also consider the type and extent of any potential third-party claims. This thorough approach helps prevent unnecessary delays.

The claims handler will establish a close working relationship with your client to provide the best possible customer service in a proactive and agile manner.

Engineering partners are used, who have an extensive network of commercial and private car repairers, to assist in reducing the vehicle off-road time, to minimise cost and limit the customers inconvenience wherever possible. This means a fast and technically excellent service is provided.
